As a Certified KonMari Consultant, I help families and individuals create calm through the chaos with thoughtful decluttering and organization.
I am a mom of two and a former Senior Manager in the corporate world within the clinical research field. My educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering from NC State University and a MBA from UNCW. After having my second child, I decided to pursue my passion for organizing and teaching others about the profound impact tidying up completely can have on both their home and lives. I have had the privilege of meeting Marie Kondo and completing an intensive training in the KonMari Method® to become the only Certified KonMari Consultant in the greater Wilmington, NC area. I bring all of my training, education, and experiences as both a professional and mom to my clients to help them spark joy in their lives.
My Approach
During a free no-obligation consultation, we will explore your vision and goals to determine if we are a good fit. The KonMari Method® is different from traditional organizing techniques in that it starts with envisioning your ideal lifestyle, then focuses on decluttering by category rather than by room. You will choose what to keep based on the criteria of what sparks joy for you instead of simply deciding what to discard.
This method ensures optimization of storage throughout the house, emphasizes surrounding yourself with only what you love and serves you in this season, and leading a life filled with gratitude. With other methods, clutter tends to accumulate again and again and organization solutions don’t stick as a result. However, if done completely and thoroughly, the KonMari Method® should only ever have to be done in its entirety once. I offer empathetic support and guidance through every step to help you achieve a profound and lasting transformation.
